We are what we eat! Literally and literary.

Food, food, food … it’s a part of our daily and nightly life.

Food is a central part of our tradition and culture.

It encompasses: sustenance and nutrition…health and environment…industry and politics… safety and addiction… medicine and poison…family, friends and strangers … love and lust… and of course poetry.

Simply: We cannot live without food. We cannot live without poetry.

So, let’s put them together – let’s put food into poetry and poetry into food. It is time to bring a Plate to the Mirror!

Change the menu and dish up some tasty, juicy, crispy, verse to our table.
